U.S. Secretary of Labor Elaine Chao-- Selected Bibliography

U.S. Secretary of Labor Elaine L. Chao, the first Asian-American woman appointed to a President's cabinet in U.S. history, will deliver the keynote address at Agnes Scott College's Commencement ceremony on Saturday May 13, 2006.
